Connor graduated from the University of Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in French Literature and Music. Throughout undergrad, they tutored charter school students in Greater Grand Crossing with the university’s Neighborhood Schools Program. Before coming to Academic Approach, they spent three years as an AmeriCorps Member with Youth & Opportunity United, an Evanston-based education nonprofit which provides free after-school programming. There, they wrote and facilitated enrichment curricula as well as provided homework support for elementary school students. Connor teaches all sections of the SAT and ACT in addition to their work with middle school students and academic/AP French, English, Math, and History programming, both in a 1-on-1 and school programs setting.
