Lead Instructor of School Programs
Team: School Programs
Will Kazda currently serves as a Manager of School Programs. Will joined Academic Approach four years ago as a tutor and in his current role, he teaches SAT and ACT classes at high schools across Chicago. He also works closely with school partners to implement our classroom courses and provides professional development to teachers to encourage data-driven, SAT-aligned instruction. In addition to his school based expertise, Will trains and supports other Academic Approach instructors and designs curriculum for many classroom course offerings.
Will received a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Psychology at Northwestern University, graduating cum laude. He is also an actor, appearing in theatre productions around the city and spent a year living in Osaka, Japan, working as a performer at Universal Studios Japan.

Program Administrator
Team: School Programs
Rachel Barry currently serves as the Program Administrator on the School Programs team. In her three and a half years in this role, Rachel has been responsible for invoicing, data analysis, and various administrative tasks. Prior to joining Academic Approach, Rachel worked as a Legal Administrator. In that role, she was responsible for preparing legal documents and providing customer service.
Rachel graduated from The University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology. Her coursework was focused on Archaeology and following graduation she worked as a research assistant at an archaeological site in Peru. In her free time, Rachel enjoys pottery, cooking, spending time with her family, and reading a good book with a cat in her lap.

Manager of School Programs
Team: School Programs
Meagan Moore currently serves as the Manager of School Programs. In this role, Meagan works with our school partners to implement our services and programs. Before joining Academic Approach, Meagan was a Social Studies teacher at The Prairie School in Racine, WI. As a teacher, she worked with her team to create an interdisciplinary, project-based curriculum for her students, and created a Mentor Program for new teachers.
After graduating from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts in History, Meagan moved to Charlotte, NC as a Teach for America corps member where she taught 7th grade Mathematics. She later earned a Master of Science in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In her free time, Meagan enjoys anything related to food, cooking, traveling, or exploring the many new restaurants opening in Chicago.
