School Programs

Lydia Kay currently serves as the School Success Manager on the School Programs team. In this role, Lydia supports clients by providing them with information about Academic Approach services, including the Formative Assessment Builder. Before joining Academic Approach, Lydia managed the operations of a K-12 charter school in northern California.

Lydia graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a minor in Hispanic Studies. After graduating, Lydia began her career with Teach For America, where she taught middle school in New Orleans, Louisiana for two years. In her free time, Lydia enjoys exploring local eateries, running outside, and spending time with her dog.
