Phyllis Watson is the Human Resource Manager at Academic Approach. In this role, she handles policies, procedures, culture building, employee relations, and many other human capital functions. Before coming to Academic Approach, Phyllis worked in Aviation as a Human Resource Consultant where she built an entire Human Resource Department around TSA and Federal Regulations. She has an MBA in Human Resource Management and a Masters of Science. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and reading a good love novel.
