Tommy DeFrancisco serves as the Director of Assessments. They manage inventory and fulfillment, staffing and logistics for our practice test events, and digital operations around our testing systems. They graduated Northwestern University in 2016 with a BA in Communication, and worked in Chicago as an actor. Tommy is also a professional musician, amateur Italian chef, and airplane pilot. You can find them writing sci-fi/fantasy stories, brainstorming new outfits, or getting almost lost on hikes.
