First things first, reach out to us however you feel most comfortable - give us a call, chat with us live on our website, or fill out our contact form. We're excited to hear from you and learn more about your student's needs!

Getting to Know You
Once we receive your inquiry, we'll set up a time for a phone call (unless you already called). This is our chance to really understand your student's goals, learning style, and schedule. Don't worry, there's no pressure – we're here to listen and figure out how we can best support your family.

Assessing Your Student's Needs
If we feel it would be beneficial, we may suggest your student take a complimentary diagnostic test, such as an ACT, SAT, or high school entrance exam. By taking an Academic Approach diagnostic test, our detailed score report will allows us to get a better sense of their current academic level and identify areas where they might need a little extra support. It's all part of our commitment to creating a tutoring plan that's tailored just for them.

Now it's time for our expert directing team to work their magic! They'll take everything we've learned about your student and create a custom tutoring program designed to help them succeed.
